The Directorate is headed by the Board Secretary/ Director Legal Services. The Directorate is responsible for arranging the business and meetings of the board, driving the corporate governance agenda at UCDA. Further, the Directorate is responsible for providing professional legal advice to management on all aspects of national laws and regulations including litigation, contractual issues, governance and compliance.
